At $5 each that is not cheap either. I went ahead and ordered one to try it out. I will take pictures and let you guys see it once it arrives. Daniel

They all look nice. My favorite is the camp fire.
One question, is the figure a rebased mageknight figure?

Thanks for the comments everyone. I understand that sometimes I will have naysayers but occasionally there can be a grain of truth to them. And there is the key. Take what you need from the comment and ignore the rest. Use good feedback to become better but pass on the negative.

As you gain more and more viewers you will have to learn to look at comments like this in context to the complete volume of comments you receive. The more comments you get the greater the chance someone will make some king of comment that does not fit with the bulk of the feedback you receive.
If you get 30 comments and 15 or 20 say the vid was too long then there maybe something there. But if you get 30 comments and 29 say "loved the vid" and one says "good but too long" you then need to ignore the one.
So make the vids for you and the fan base and do not over think the outlier viewers.

Couple of things come to mind:
1) Do a wak through of a wagon/cart like you showed us. 2) Build a camp (Tent, fire, etc) 3) Do one around the use of the sculpty. How to shape, tools used, etc.

not sure why I didn't finish my thoughts but... they also make flame markers. Thanks danielc, I was looking up paizo things on ebay and ran across the markers. So I just assumed. Yes, Litko has lots of fun things on their site. Some not carried by Paizo. They also have prototype stuff that comes up once in a while as well. Right now i use little squares of clear plastic that work for bursts and blasts, but i also have small dots that fill the square . Steel, I have been known to use pennies to mark things as well. They are flat, minis can stand on them, they are easy to cover with paper and you can clor coat them, etc.

I think paizo has a torch made from clear plastic and the base is a quarter moon shape and fits around the mini base. Those are made by Litko and are a resale item at Paizo. Litko has a lot of great stuff, but it is not cheap.

What about cellophane colored with various markers and then crumpled to fit the base you cut out?

This maybe a dumb question, but why not just start with parchment paper?
I do love the seal though and I love the idea of props in general. Adds to the flavor/feel of the game.

As someone who has done all types of terrain crafting and seen all the options I really prefer the 2.5D with 3D obstacles and objects sprinkled in. I have to agree. That is why I liked your new video and the whole water effect. Nice element to add to a tile for fun.

Can I suggest the large pictures be posted as URL links. Right now I am unable to see the whole picture without saving them all off onto my computer and opening them with paint.
But if they open as a link they size themselves.
Just a suggestion.
By the way, great stuff though.

Build a treasure pile. They use hot glue to make the pile of coins......

I think your answer, dm1scotty, was well put.
I find that when I am honest about the past, we have always added a bit of the "war game" to our RPGs. Regardless of what we used as "tokens" in our games (chits, tokens, pennies, figures) we (my group) liked to have a visual to help out our imaginations. That didn't stop us from using our imaginations. It helped.

Sounds like a great project. Looking forward to seeing the pictures.
It sounds like you are doing the sections the way Lego did their ships.

I have some of those in a box somewhere. I forgot about them. I love the idea of turning them into useful "figures".
Once again, thank you DM Scotty

they are but i do not see why you can't get some calipers and measure one of your own minis. American surplus has a set of calipers for $10 or so. Nothing stops me from doing just that. But I thought there might be someone here how could answer the question. Sorry for cluttering up the forum in such a way.
