Gonna use this thread to post up my growing collection of D&D/Pathfinder minis that I'll be using in my games: First up some Skelly's (Impromptu photos after I spent 6 hours painting through these that I am showing in this first post) Some Wraiths: Some Burning Skellys: And lastly some Work-In-Progress Reaper Bones Kobolds:

Great work - I like the choice to have the skeletons a light brown color. The wraiths are very cool as well.

Great work - I like the choice to have the skeletons a light brown color. The wraiths are very cool as well. Thanks! The color on the Skelly's is Reapers Aged Bone. The wraiths where originally that clear blue color that I then painted over with Tamiya's Clear Smoke Grey. Edit: Was in the middle of posting when a thunderstorm rolled in and I had to hurry to turn off my comp.To continue..... I then hit them with Games Workshop Nuln Oil wash. I also used Tamiya's Clear Yellow and Clear Orange on the Burning Skellys. These are all minis from the Castle Ravenloft and/or Legend of Drizzt boxed games. Still have several more to paint up.
Also made a day trip up to Las Vegas, which is about an hour and a half away, and managed to go by one of the FLGS' there. Here's some pics of a few of the new additions to my growing mini collection...

I LOVE the Games Workshop Nuln Oil and the Agrax EarthShade SO easy to use and gives you instant shading. Great work, and I hope you got a chance to try out the games.

My kids like that guy. I think mostly because he always wears a super hero t-shirt or maybe it is that creepy wink at the beginning of every vid. No doubt he tears up that guitar though and he seems to truly love what he is doing. To contradict the Conan, that is what is most important in life. Love what you do.
I need to post on this guy's channel and get him to metalfy the Red Dwarf theme song.

Since the last time I tried to clear coat my minis using a spray on matte varnish (a couple years back) and I ended up with a bunch of frosted over Cadian Imperial Guardsmen from Warhammer 40k, I decided to try some brush on matte varnish. I was hoping for a very low amount of shine from the matte varnish but it seems I am to be sadly disappointed. I am going to give it a day or two of dry time before making my final proclaimation, but I think I am going to be needing a recommendation for a good, inexpensive dullcoat. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Gonna try and get some picks of the newest ones taken and posted this week...
