Hello all ! I'm new here, and found the forum through the DM'S Craft channel on Youtube. Thanks for sharing these fantastic ideas and work! I would like to submit a dungeon i built recently for the classic Villhage of Hommlet. The video link is unfortunately in Portuguese, but I promise to do a sub. in English (although my English is not good!) Thanks and God bless you all! To run this model I used styrofoam, styrofoam cutter, latex paint, pigment, plaster, styrofoam glue and brushes. To make the texture destroyed at the top, i used sand and glue diluted with water, to apply it, i used a spray bottle (watch the video). :-) The link: saiadamasmorra.blogspot.com.br/2013/02/como-fazer-sua-dungeon-para-rpg-e.htmlThank you! :-)

Wow! That looks fantastic!!!
(And hopefully google-translate will do as good a job on my Portuguese as you did on your model:
As texturas são realistas e convincentes. O modelo é muito bem construído. Falando claramente: parece maravilhoso!
Eu gostaria de entender Português! Esse castelo parece incrível! Os jogadores do seu jogo vai aplaudir seus esforços, e quero felicitá-lo por eles!)

You've probably put a lot of work on this project.
Well done... From a french guy from Terrebonne near Montreal, Quebec (Canada)

Hello Stéph Thanks, really a lot of work!
Scott got a legion of followers around the world!
It's good to see "Crafters" from several countries, is really nice.

Anything! It's great to share ideas and work!
I was inspired by staff of GygaxCon, they have a beautiful model in resin! But I do not really like resin models! They are very heavy and break easily.

This is pretty sweet!
Back when I was going to college, 20 or so years ago, a friend and I built this very moathouse. Ours was not playable, however. We made it for a diarama entry at a local CON.
The fact that your's is playable makes it much cooler. Very nice!

Thanks Belatucabras and Skunkape!
I waited years to run this adventure at our monthly event! To honor the great master Gary Gygax and inspired by staff of Garycon I built the model! But never make the texture of stones with plaster on a model so large again! :-)
