I'm trying to create a troll hoard for my DM's Eberron Campaign. Since a troll hoard consists of large amounts of treasures, and miscellaneous junk inside a cave. How would I create a cave like structure with a series of tunnel networks and various pits?

First off, welcome to the site!
Caves are episode 2 of the DM's Craft, I believe. Pit traps are best made by having a removable section of tunnel floor and painting it black underneath, then removing the normal floor cover to reveal the pit to your players when they trigger it. Tunnels are basically stretched out caves, see episode 2 again.

If you want to have a lot of treasure, I had my players face a young white dragon, with a huge treasure hoard, At First level it would be hard for me to allow them 20,000 gold pcs.( they will need this money later in my campaign) So I used the spiretop dragon in the previous encounter as a docile creature and they let it escape. The dragon's treasure is locked beneath solid crystal(instead of the ice in the adventure guide) and the spiretop is the key to unlock the magic crystal protecting the treasure! This adventure is the kobold hall adventure in the dm's guide! So you can use this method with the hint of getting the treasure later on, your players wont be too disappointed!
