I recently stumbled onto your youtube channel and I love all your videos. They are very insightful. One video that perked my interest was the remodeling of the mage Knight mini into the mud elemental.
I would really enjoy a video or two on how to make some more interesting remodels. Monsters that quickly come to mind would be:
Assassin Vine Animated Objects Mimics Gelatinous Cubes & Ooze
Also, perhaps a quick tutorial on how to make hanging torches to illuminate those long dark dungeon passages

Soda pop mini's actually made a model for a mimic. It may be a bit cartoonish (Their mini's tend to be based on manga art rather than something closer to realistic), but I think it came out rather well. Unless you wanted your mimic to start out as an object other than a treasure chest, in which case you'd have to do some creative crafting.
Oooh...a Wagon Mimic....

A wagon Mimic would be a blast and totally unexpected by the players. It could grab them, wheel them off to a monster lair and eat the scraps...lol

I love assassin vine. It's almost as hilariously classic as killing your PC's with jackalopes.
"Dude, you just got killed by a plant!"
Makes you look at that inoccuous shrubbery at your local dentist office in a completely different way...
