I'm going to cut up a bunch of them for skeleton rubble tiles like scotty made, and maybe a larger feature of dead bodies.

They are a TINY bit smaller than the human wizard model, but they are hunched and the base is thinner.. I might cut out the feet of some of them and then rebase them to add some height.. The weapon they are holding could be a spear or a longbow, and if you cut the bottom a sword too.. Does anyone know about how to maybe heat these up and give them permanent bends? Maybe a similar technique that people use to un-bend bent minis?

I kind of want to cut off a bunch of their heads and make a skull throne

Maybe a similar technique that people use to un-bend bent minis? Hot water dipping doesn't produce permanent bends, it only lets plastic relax to it's "natural" shape - i.e. the shape in which the mini was melded in before it got bent. Pose mods are usually done by cutting the mini in strategic locations and re-attaching the limbs, sometimes using a bit of green stuff.
