Here's a place to post ideas and links for traps that you can make interactive on your cardboard dungeons.
Example: a thin piece of floss stretched across a corridor - when it's disturbed by a mini, rule that the trap has been triggered, but allow the players to see the trap first to avoid it.

Great idea! I like it. Maybe set it up and don't tell tell the players what the strand of rope represents. That way when 'that player' (we all have that one PC who is just too curious) goes and touches it... BAM!

You could also put a little hook or something on each side of the corridor, and not the floss. Then if they notice the hooks, they can roll a perception check to see if they notice the tripwire?
