Anyone got any ideas on making 25mm scale swords?
Here are my failed attempts...
Green stuff sculptey Wire mixed with the above.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW gonna need a bunch of them.

Use sheets of styrene. Cut them out and run a file along the edge to give it a blade. Then primer and paint to spec. You can get styrene sheets quite cheaply too.

Break the prongs off a plastic fork then glue on other parts of the prong to make the guard and handle.

Assuming they're just for decoration, use toothpicks. Cut off one tip to make the pommel, cut the tip off of a second toothpick, and hotglue those two tips to make a guard. Cut both tips off of a third toothpick and use it to finish the second sword.
They won't hold together well for minis, but for a set piece it should work fine.
