For the 50th episode DM Scotty shows you how to quickly and easily craft rock pillars for your caverns with the wonderful Hot Wire Foam Factory tool.

Hi Scott, I've been looking through all the Videos, and I have one quick suggestion. Please use brighter lights, the pieces are hard to see, maybe at the end a zoom in with bright lights so we can see the detail better...

One of the biggest challenges in photography/videography is adequate lighting. Human eyes are much more effective at utilizing ambient light than your typical video camera, thus what seems to be enough lighting to us "on set" can sometimes be too dark on film. Years ago I used to photograph clothing for an online business; I would always make the area twice as bright as I thought it needed and the results afterwards were excellent.

I haven't watched this last video, but I've never really had a problem with the lighting before. The few times I have, Scotty himself has noticed and either moved the piece or just said, "Sorry, that's the best this camera can do."

I wouldn't consider DM Scotty's videos to be poorly lit, but if one were looking for an opportunity for improvement, then additional lighting is almost always a win. ;-)

Please don't misunderstand my post, the videos are great, I only wish I could get them brighter so we can see the intricate details of all his hard work...
