Where did you get the horses? the horses are Games Workshop Chaos warrior horses. I purchased them on EBay as a group of horses without the warriors.

Nice, they just look like they are in a full sprint! It really added to the high speed chase effect. Great job as always!!!

Our Brave adventurers Arrive at the watch tower and are speaking to a guard through the peephole when suddenly the doors fly open and two of the party and dragged in. The doors quickly slam shut leaving the rest of the bewildered party gaping. Foul Ettercaps have taken over the tower and have mimicked the voices of the guards. As our Wizard and Barbarian who were dragged inside struggle to escape The rest of the party try to <<breach>> the fortified door. The monk quickly (((phases))) through the door to help her besieged comrades. Thinking fast our wizard uses his **bracers of escape** to teleport >>> from the clutches of the vile creature that has restrained him. The confused Ettercap swings his head side to side looking for his prey but the Wizard has teleported behind him and now in a moment of desperation unleashes a powerful spell to breach the wall between dimensions. A shimmering gate opens. The Ranger and the Warrior seeing their chance charge\\\ through the gate and smash into their foes. The Templar quickly follows giving much needed support to her battered friends. In the face of this overwhelming attack the spider like creatures climb up the walls and flee to the next level....well, level one down....It's going to be a rough day. P.S. the second tile next to it represents the ceiling.

Yeah, I snipped the ends off plastic plants, poked a hole in the cardboard with a punch and put a drop of white glue into the hole then inserted the plant.

As the party work their way up the tower several Ettercaps attack the party dowsing them with oil barrels. The party continues and They encounter a completely dark room as the arrow slits in this room have been covered up. The wizard casts a Dark Light ritual so the party can see in the dark without disturbing anything lurking in the room. They hear the faint cries of victims spun up in webs. As the Dark Light washes over the room the party sees that the whole room is covered in webs. Not knowing if the victims are a trap the monk uses her extraordinary abilities to glide through the webs unhindered. As she approaches one of the victims she sees that the guard has a skeletal head inside his helmet and has been drained into a dry husk. The movement the party saw was an Ettercap standing behind the corpse using its mimic ability and shaking the corpse a little to simulate life in the dead guard. The Ettercap rips the body from the web and lobs it at the monk but she nimbly dodges the clumsy attack. The rest of the party call for her retreat and she dives down the stairway just in time as the wizard peeks over the top of the stairs and lobs a fireball in the room decimating the webs and engulfing the Ettercaps in the conflagration. Those soaked in oil breathe a sigh of relief that they were in the shelter of the stairway. With the room cleared of webs and the deception uncovered the party move in for the kill.

This is a really cool step-by-step through the adventure with your tiles. Gives me lots of ideas, as always. Thanks again for all your hard work, DM Scotty!

This is what the room looked like before the PCs torched it. I laid the burned tile down after the fireball. I also had a oil barrel room where oil got splashed all over the floor so I could of used the burned tile for that room also. Here is the Fog-0f-War cutout I made for the room so it was black when the PCs entered and could not see the webbing.

All very cool. I'm curious about the horses, did you make those out of some other figures or find them somewhere?

The large Mite Brain....
What did you use to create it? I see your famous glue gun on the veiny aspects, but the inside? Paper mâché? Or clay?

I was using the brain thingie as a nest. It is a ball of aluminum foil covered in a glue soaked paper towel and then I added the ever popular hot glue. Easy and cheap.
