The Players had to shut down the Evil Focus in the room as skeletons poured in the room...even worse these minions would reform in one round as long as the focus was activated.

This room had cells with monsters in them that the Ogre Beastmasters could release on the players. At one point a player pushed a monster under a lifted cage door and another player dropped the door on the creature with the lever squashing the hapless creature. The pic show a Fire Wall that the party wizard erected to direct the battle. Also the PCs managed to get some creatures to attack each other by pushing different types of monsters into each other. The discs you see under the figs are used to track conditions and are called Alea Tools. They are a fairly sizable investment but make tracking conditions on enemies easy. www.aleatools.com/

In the 3rd pic... What is the castle in the background? It looks sweet! Its the official D&D resin cast DM screen. It has shelves for minis, tokens and dice.

The PCs were after an Undead Barbarian Warlord called the "Decapitator", He would raid the PCs Kingdom taking the heads of any he stumbled upon. The large black monolith in the back of the room had the screaming heads of those he had decapitated. They writhed and screamed in undead agony. The unholy monument also had a negative effect on the PCs if they got too close.

Here is a closeup of the monument of screaming heads. The heads are GW zombie heads.

The monument was carved from construction styrofoam, the gore was added with a glue gun.

Cool!!
I have a couple of players moving next year to college, and was trying to figure out how to copre with their absence. I didn't even think of a webcam and skype!!
That is a cool cam that you have, who makes it? I would guess that I need to get a decent one. Also, are you using Skype or some other software to connect to them?

Could you show some more pics of the wagons, Like a side view. Those look awesome. The first thing that came to mind was a freak show carnival! DMscotty's world of weird: Come one come all, see the freakiest attractions the world has to offer! You could hand out premade flyers to your players. (even as a tease for a furture adventure) You could have a horrible beast escape! A lot of weird and wonderful chaos can spawn from this!

My player had to track a legendary (solo) creature that was attacking their Kingdom. They tracked it to it's lair in the woods which was like a giant beaver nest lair made out of dead-fall. The creature could also use a supernatural camouflage ability and was hard to pin down even with a full group. This fight was in three acts and when the creature lost 1/3 of its HPs it Burrowed out of the nest and the PCs had to track it. to the next location. where it has set up a trap. If the PCs failed the skill challenge they ended up blundering into the trap. The pillars in this lair are carved from Styrofoam.

The Mites were milking a giant creature in the nest. As the players began to push back the mites the giant creature burst forth and rushed the aghast PCs.
