Center one is the standard Reaper iron guard golem. The one on the left was made for a friend's character. He carried a shield so I cut the arm at the elbow and pinned it at an angle with paperclip and covered it with green stuff and installed a shield. Also the character lost his right arm to a necrotic worm infestation and had a replacement attached. On that arm I filed off some of the angles to make a different style and then painted it to look newer then the rest of the mini. The one on the right is intended to be a brawler style fighter. I chopped off the sword and pinned an axe in its place. I then took the end of a tail I had and filed off one side and attached it to the left arm to make a spiked gauntlet. I then pinned horns to his head, to assist in charge attacks. :-)

Great conversion work! Cool way to alter the warforged for your chars!
(I really need to get some pics of the ones I have been doing the past couple days)
