Until a few moments ago, I did not even know that colored, Hot Glue Sticks even existed. Then I did a Google search, and I found this article on how to create your own, custom colors... I have not tried it yet, but the article is very interesting! Note that the techniques are in the thumbnail photographs, on the right side of the larger image, middle of the page. Click on the thumbnails, to see the slide show on how to make your custom colors for your Hot Glue Sticks. While this is a lot of extra work, especially if you plan to paint over the finished Hot Glue creation, it is still worth sharing -- it is another tool to throw into the chest, for possible future use. Cheers!

If you don't want to make your own, e-Bay has many sellers offering sets, of different sizes/quantities (even sold in 5-pound packs!), in many colors. I may go this route, as it is sooo much easier than making my own. The dark green look particularly useful for gluing plastic trees to bases. The blue, green, and other colors, could be used for rivers, roads, lava pools/rivers, etc. Hmmm... Cheers!

DMScotty, I never would have dreamed of using Hot Glue in the ways you show in your videos. I really appreciate your work. You've opened so many venues for me, as a miniaturist, modeler, and gamer. Thank you. Cheers!
