Gonna start sharing pics of my crafted Dungeons here in this thread. Please forgive the occasional blurry photo. (camera phone and all that!) I have utilized many of DMScotty's and DMG's tips and ideas and twisted a few in my own special way Hope you enjoy! Without further ado, my take on the dungeon from the Pathfinder Society adventure: To Delve the Dungeon Deep

Dungeon Entrance: The entrance is supposed to be up partway on a canyon type wall, so I created just the facade for it. Hope you enjoy the pics!

Wow good work, I need to start doing tables, chair, treasure piles ect. Excellent work - The tiles, accouterments, and figs look great together. Cool stuff.

Awesome tiles man, really love your painting. The floors look great, especially the well room and the rubble in the skeleton room. I also really like the dungeon entrance. I think things like that work really well in 3d, and i could imagine that piece getting quite a bit of use. Really good work, thanks for sharing!
EDIT: lol, liked my own post going for the Edit button... Anyway, just noticed the pattern on the floor of the first room--wow! Tons of awesome stuff here.

Impressive work! Really love all the elements you have in play there, traps, webs, good doors, fur rugs, tables, cave features, monsters.. and even some sort of grey barney the dinosaur (lol, my work mate said over my shoulder "Awww what a cute little monster!").. personally, if I met anything like that at the adjusted scale, I would scream and run. The scorpions and rats are great, where did you grab them from?

Wow good work, I need to start doing tables, chair, treasure piles ect. Excellent work - The tiles, accouterments, and figs look great together. Cool stuff. Thanks Neil! A little info on the dungeon itself.... SPOILERS AHEAD---you have been warned! The Dungeon used to be part of a tower that was manned by a powerful wizard from the land of Qadira. He was part of a large force that was besieging the city of Absalom. When he realized that through the ineptitude of those under him that the siege was going to fail he cast an earthquake spell and brought the tower down upon him and his followers killing them all. Fast forward several hundred years, and another earthquake has occurred and revealed the once hidden entrance to the towers lowest levels. The Pathfinder Society sends our humble adventurers to investigate. Inside they find that the lower level has become home to a clan of kobolds and other denizens. Some key features: 1) Just inside the entry way is the first of 4 elemental "devices", this one being of Air. It consists of a funnel of air that is released through the mouth of a carving in the wall. This "device" was used by the servants to blow trash and debris out and down to the base of the tower, keeping the place neat and clean. Now it serves as a way for bastard DM's to send PC's flying out and down a 15' fall into the canyon below the doorway. 2) Further in is the second elemental "device". This one being of Water. It consists of a hydra headed fountain that, when activated, sends a high powered stream of water into the players standing in the narrow hallway, driving them backwards and into the iron spikes conveniently protruding from the door at the end of the hallway. 3) A bit more in the players find a destroyed statue that has a plaque still attached to it. When the phrase written on it is read an earth elemental is summoned. Is this elemental friend? or foe? Only the pc's are going to find out. 4) And lastly, the thing that is keeping the kobolds around. A dragon shaped statue that when activated breathes fire. an enterprising young skulk has discovered the secret and is using it to have the kobolds help him live a life of comfort...But for how much longer? 5) The black painted areas on the floors are representing a type of nasty mold that sickens the party, and there are also some nice slimy areas that are perfect for grey oozes, lol... I can't wait to run my group through this. Since it is designed and written for a level 1 party I have beefed it up to make it more of a challenge for my soon to be level 3 group. I'll try and remember to get some in-game pics to share as well when we get to it in a couple weeks!

The scorpions and rats are great, where did you grab them from? The scorpions I grabbed at my local Wal-mart in their party favor section. They came (1 per package) with a bunch of other assorted insects and a nice spider. The rats are from Reapers Bones line ( I feel like I'm plugging for them with how much I have mentioned them as of late, lol... Where's my royalty check? they are a great line of models though). The dino thing is a dragon statue I made out of Sculpey. I couldn't find any minis that would work so decided to try my hand at sculpting one.. not great by any means but it is functional My group has a final run through some sewers to finish the adventure they are on, and then I can introduce them to this one. I'll try to get some pics of the sewer tiles on Thursday when we play and share those. Again everyone, Thank you for the compliments and comments!

Great work! I especially like the canyon facade you made -- a nice little 3D element that sets the scene perfectly...

Excellent tiles! I love the fact that each room is telling a story and looks lived in and believable. I really like the stone face, the well, the floor accents, and the floor drains are a nice touch and really helps sell it. The spider room is thoroughly wicked!

That lived in and believable look is what really sells this sort of stuff. This is the reason I hated doing flat maps and other things. 3D walls are annoying, so DMS's 2.5 RULES! I like seeing the glyphs and patterns people come up with for floor designs. There are at least 2 different floor patterns there that are really interesting. The triangle one may make an appearance on some dwarven tiles I may need soon, unless the PCs do what they always do and find some other random hole in the ground to look into.

Those are some wicked looking tiles. I really liked the skulls on the columns and the paint job that the whole set got. Everything really seemed to pop. I thought the plethora of accessories was a real game changer in that each space had something worthwhile to look at -- none of the spaces were just another boring dungeon hall...
Great job!

So tonight we finished up the Pathfinder Society Adventure Scenario In Service to the Lore ( heavily modified of course). The last part of the adventure had the party chasing a potential thief down into the sewers below Absalom. The party searched the sewers and ran into a cadre of goblins, a giant centipede and a troll before finally tracking the thief down, only to discover it was all a ruse to lead them into an ambush. The party managed to defeat their rivals and walk away with some hefty loot. Here's some pics of the action: The party encountering some goblin outriders.... More goblins arrive... Battling the rival party. ( The purple ring is a darkness spell cast by our party. The green ring is a grease spell cast by a rival wizard) Two of our party slipped in the grease and fell prone... All in all it was quite the fun night. Next week we start the dungeon that the tiles in the first set of pics was created for, To Delve the Dungeon Deep. I'll try and remember to post pics of those as we roll through it. One last pic of the sewer layout for you all: Hope you like it! ~Chris

Those are some really great looking tiles! I really like the nasty green water, and that DMG-style stone texturing kicks ash-to-goshen. Also, nice touch with the centipede curled up in that room.... shiver-me-creepy.

Making a sewer has been high on my list of projects I need to do. (My current campaign is based in a metropolis.) Your sewers are exactly the style I'm going to shoot for.

Great looking tiles, I like your spiders webs and your entrance tile and the way all your tiles have something of interest that catches the eye.

those are amazing, great job. I also like the different colored pipe cleaners, I am guessing for spell zones and/or conditions...

those are amazing, great job. I also like the different colored pipe cleaners, I am guessing for spell zones and/or conditions... Yep, I use those to mark area of effect spells that have a duration of longer than one round. In this case the purple was a Darkness spell and the green was a Grease spell. I am still trying to track down small packages of them that have black and brown in them, but have so far had no luck. I have found larger packages with black in it, but I don't need a whole bunch of them =( Thanks again for the compliments. I will likely have more pics this weekend after our Thursday night session.

I use pipe cleaners for the same thing. I picked up a multi-color pack at Michael's for just a few bucks and they come in handy for crafting as well as area markers. I am currently trying to turn some black ones into centipedes by shaving two sides with an electric razor leaving a fuzzy line on either side of the wire and using glue to stick the fuzz together to form legs.
